Downtown Partners has all the LED lights crossing 4th. Street lit up in blue in recognition of January as National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention month! Thank you, Downtown Partners.

We invite any business or agency to show their concern about human trafficking by "Lighting Up in Blue: during January. It can be a whole building or one room or office. If you do “light up in blue” please take a picture and either send it to us at scahtinc@gmail.com or tag our FB page (siouxlandcoalitionagainsthumantrafficking).

For Iowa businesses and agencies, lighting up in blue can be half of what is required to become an Iowa Business against Trafficking – a program of the Iowa Secretary of State’s Office. All you need to do is register at ibat.iowa.gov and do something (light up in blue) and learn something. We would be happy to help you with the learn something part by giving a short presentation or .helping with relevant resources.
